Alex's 9 Birthday

Alex invited some close friends to see High School Musical 3. They all seemed to enjoy it. We came home, opened presents and had Cake and Pizza.

Halloween

Everyone had a great time Trick or Treating except Kian. We went to a Halloween Party at 6 where Kian touched a spot light. He burned two fingers that immediately had blisters on them. He cried for about an hour. I took him home and put some burn cream on the fingers and gave him some Motrin. He calmed down about an hour later and enjoyed passing out the candy. All the kids enjoyed the goodies they received. I tried to convince them to turn in their candy and they could buy a toy but they didn't like that idea.

Ryann and Aiden's Birthday Party

A Pirate Party!

Ryann and Aiden had a great time at their party. They dressed like pirates, found gold, played a few pirate games, broke a pinata, and had a pirate cake.

Here are just a few pictures of Ike. We had no damages to our home. Even the play structure survived a few large limbs falling on it. We lost about 8 large limbs off are 3 oak trees and one tree that just snap at the base. We lost power for about 8 days. That was not fun.

First Day of School Pictures

Alex and Rylie attend Lemm Elementary. They are in the 3rd and 2nd grade. Ryann, Aiden and Kian go to preschool two days a week from 9 to 1. They all enjoy school.

The Diamond Hunters

Diamond Crater Mine is located in Arkansas. We loved the idea of trying to find diamonds. You can keep anything you find. On avg, people find about a 100 a month. We spent about two hours. There was about 20 of us in our group but none of us had any luck. Maybe next time.

Playing at the Lake

The kids loved being in the sun. We rented a party boat for the day. Aiden was afraid to get on but once we went out he loved it. We all took turns jumping off the top of the boat. We also rented a waverunner. Rylie, Alex and Ryann are afraid of nothing. Aiden went out for a little ride and decided it was enough. I was going to take Kian out but Scott swamped the waverunner and it would not start again. I guess we will try next time.

DeGray Lake

We had a great time at Degray Lake in Arkansas. We left on Wed morning and arrived around dinner time. We checked in and did a little bit of exploring around the lodge. The next morning we went horseback riding. Kian was to young to go, but he loved the horses. I think he would have had a great time. Aiden got up on the horse and after a couple of minutes, he dicided he didn't want to go. Ryann rode with mom and loved it! Alex and Rylie got to ride by themselves. They were great little cowgirls.

Ryann First Hair cut

Yes, Ryann is three but she just had her first haircut.
